RSS2HTML is a free PHP script from FeedForAll.com that allows you to display rss feeds as html. While the script does work in web accounts at Dreamhost, the moment you include the PHP file in another PHP page or in an html page (via SSI), you'll either get errors or a blank page.
If you install the rss2html script in other web hosts (i.e., asmallorange, host4profit), the script works even if you include it in other php pages or ssi'd html pages.
If you have an account at Dreamhost, the rss-to-html script that I would recommend is CaRP.
