Did a submarine cable break today? The Philippine internet slowed to a crawl today. In some cases, it ground to a halt.
Yet while PLDT myDSL is slow right now, it looks like we can still update our Blogger blogs fairly quickly enough. The good thing about these slowdowns is that we tend to avoid watching video online.
Which gives us more time to actually write?
