Tried Ebook Starter (EbookStarter.com) and discovered that the current version has issues with embedded audio files. The file does not fully load, so you're unable to listen to beyond the first 2 seconds.
Perhaps if I will create non-audio ebooks, the image of an open book may offer some amount of novelty in the compiled EXE ebook market.
